Pre-order Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you pre-order a product from Ambela.co.uk. By placing a pre-order you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully before you place a pre-order and keep a copy or note for your records.

Placing a Pre-order

Pre-released orders (“Pre-orders”) are orders for products (“Products”) that are not yet available for general sale from Ambela.co.uk either because the stock for a particular Product is not available or the Product not has been released to the general public for sale.

To place a Pre-order, you will need to provide certain information, including but not limited to your name, email address, delivery address and billing information. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate and up to date. If we do not have accurate information, we will not be able to keep you informed.

Payments

Pre-order payments do not guarantee the availability of the Product but represent your offer (“Offer”) to buy the Product when it is generally released for sale. We reserve the right not to accept your Offer and your Offer is only accepted once the Pre-ordered product is paid for in full and a payment has been received before the dispatch day information provided closer to the time of stock being available for distribution.

When you place a Pre-order you will need to pay the full upfront price of the Product. You may cancel your Pre-order and get a full refund of your Pre-order Payment any time between you paying in full for your Pre-order and the dispatch date for the Product you have chosen.

Delivery

Where possible, orders will be shipped as soon as is practicable subject to availability. 

Release dates are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to Release dates or Pre-order windows advertised by us.

Cancellation

When you place a Pre-order you will need to pay the full upfront price of the Product. You may cancel your Pre-order and get a full refund of your Pre-order any time between paying in full for your Pre-order and the dispatch date for the Product you have chosen.

Returns Policy

All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date the order was received at the specified delivery address. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

The purchase of the Product is subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be notified to you before you complete your purchase, in your order confirmation. These Terms are governed according to English law. Any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts by English law.
